Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour , or variant, please contact our customer support team to check availability.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and any price differences may need to be settled before the exchange is processed.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs of the original item.
Returns:
If you decide to return an item, it should be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately.
We may require evidence, such as photographs or a detailed description, to assess the issue.
In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange for collection of the item, and offer a replacement or a full refund.
Refunds:
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 14 days of receipt.
The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Please note that any applicable shipping costs and non-refundable items, such as gift cards, may be deducted from the refund amount.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, Underwear, marked as non-returnable cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect.
