As every bespoke item is individually produced, bespoke and personalised orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once production has commenced, unless the item is faulty, damaged or does not match the agreed specification.

House of Tobias reserves the right to refuse bespoke requests that cannot be fulfilled to our quality standards or are considered inappropriate.
